My Castle Fantasy... Part 2

In October 2011, I wrote about my fantasy, buying this 40 acre plot of land in Cambewarra, the asking price $395,000.

Well, it's still for sale, now asking $299,000. Talk about financial crisis. Funny thing, the two properties up and down the road are asking $1.275m and $749,000.

Good Thursday to you, dear YW.

So why is the other property so cheap relatively?

And are you in a position to buy now that the price is down? It's pretty awesome to go for your dreams...

Maybe if I wait a little longer, the price may drop even further :)

Wow, that is quite amazing. Someone is getting desperate and you never know it may come down further. I heard something on the radio the other day about how there are huge numbers of McMansions for sale now as no-one wants them. I hope the price comes down again and you get to achieve your dreams. Fingers crossed.

Maybe it's too late in life to become a farmer, but then I can't resist a bargain...
